To provide you with our service we will require basic information
which will include your name, date of birth, your e-mail address, personal

including documentation to ensure your application is processed safely and
securely. This personal information is required solely to apply for the service
provided. All data and documentation once submitted is removed from our system
and servers unless this is requested to be kept for use for re-applying at a
later date.

Your data is deleted usually once your application is
successfully completed but in some cases we will keep securely data for up to 6
months.
Where is data stored?
All information you send us is securely stored on our secure
server based in London, England.
All payments are processed using Stripe – which is widely used
by some of the biggest businesses in the world. Stripe is a PCI Service
Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
Although we currently do this; at a later date data that we
collect may be transferred at a secure destination outside the European
Economic Area (EEA). It may then also be processed by staff operating outside
the EEA. All relevant steps are taken to ensure data is treated with securely.
We will undertake all the relevant procedures to make sure your
data is secure as possible. Our site and servers are all secured using the
strictest rules and procedures. Unfortunately transmission of information over
the Internet is never completely secure and therefore transmission is at your
own risk.
Access to your information
You have a right to find out if we have any personal information
on you by emailing us or sending us a letter to the address below. We will give
you a description of what data we are holding, why we are holding it, who it
has been disclosed to and send you a copy of what we hold.
